When you visit our office, we want you to feel at home, but we also understand that it is not always possible for our patients to come to us. For this reason, we offer mobile eye care that enables us to come directly to the patient where they are most comfortable – home. In-home exams are perfect for those who qualify for Medicare or disability. However, for those who prefer a private concierge-style optometric experience, we offer a self-pay option.
We offer a single-patient visit option as well as a group service, visiting sites such as Assisted Living Facilities or 55+ communities.

An optometrist will perform the examination, provide the glasses prescription, and offer frames and lenses that will best fit your Rx and lifestyle. If the patient chooses to purchase glasses, we will make them onsite at our Beyond 2020 lab, ensuring the highest quality, and return them to the patient for their fitting.
Whether our patients have special needs that require an in-home visit or they simply appreciate our concierge-style service, we are proud to provide this option. Convenience should never get in the way of great vision.
My wife is bedridden and cannot leave the house. She had a very painful red eye. The drops we received from our primary doctor were not working. Her eye was getting worse every day. My daughter-in-law looked up eye doctors who come to your home. She found Dr. Tumolo who owns Beyond 2020 Vision Specialists. Dr. Tumolo showed up and told me and my wife that she had a very serious ulcer that could take months to heal. Dr. Tumolo was so patient and kind. He came to see my wife 3 times a week for over a month until her eye was healed. He even purchased the medicine needed at the pharmacy for us, then picked up the medicine and brought it to our house. I could not be happier with the kindness and level of service we received from Dr. Tumolo. A one-time visit turned into over 10 and he told us he would keep coming back until my wife’s eye was healed.
