Please note: If we uncover something that should be escalated to a specialist during our in-home visit, we will refer the patient to the proper consult
- An eyeglass prescription will be provided
- Specialty package pricing and one year warranty on handcrafted frames and high-quality lenses that are made in-house at the Beyond 2020 lab, ensuring exceptional manufacturing
- A follow-up visit within two weeks of the initial exam to dispense and fit glasses to the residents’ optimal comfort level
- Continuous care will be provided by pre-scheduling annual exams and providing convenient avenues for assistance throughout the year should they need it
We are also able to accommodate groups at our premiere boutique location in Odessa, FL. If a facility is able to transport residents, we would be proud to host a private group exam and shopping experience.

My wife is bedridden and cannot leave the house. She had a very painful red eye. The drops we received from our primary doctor were not working. Her eye was getting worse every day. My daughter-in-law looked up eye doctors who come to your home. She found Dr. Tumolo who owns Beyond 2020 Vision Specialists. Dr. Tumolo showed up and told me and my wife that she had a very serious ulcer that could take months to heal. Dr. Tumolo was so patient and kind. He came to see my wife 3 times a week for over a month until her eye was healed. He even purchased the medicine needed at the pharmacy for us, then picked up the medicine and brought it to our house. I could not be happier with the kindness and level of service we received from Dr. Tumolo. A one-time visit turned into over 10 and he told us he would keep coming back until my wife’s eye was healed.

I could not have been more pleased with Dr. Tumolo and Jennifer. I was nervous about what his reaction would be to seeing my mom, Gert, at Pruitt Healthcare Facility in Lutz. She had recently been in the hospital a couple of days prior and I had to wake her up just moments before he got there. I knew, unfortunately, that my mom was going to have trouble seeing even if she did live long enough to get her glasses. Dr. Tumolo was so patient and kind to her. Dr. Tumolo and my mom enjoyed a few laughs during the visit since they both have a great sense of humor. I was amazed also at all of the equipment he had with him – he had everything that was needed to do the examination. Dr. Tumolo seemed like he had all the time in the world to explain what he was doing and how her eyesight was – he probably spent close to 1.5 hours with her which was amazing, especially with today’s standard where time is money.
Beyond 2020 Vision was the only in-home eye doctor that came up when I googled it and am grateful. In my experience dealing with my mom over the course of a couple of years, his service is a Godsend, and know without a doubt that he can help other people who are living in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or are homebound.
I would 100% recommend Dr. Tumolo and Jennifer! I plan on going to Beyond 2020 Vision for my own needs in the future.
