Dr. Evan Hays joined Beyond 2020 Vision Specialists in 2025 and primarily sees patients at our Bradenton office inside Visionworks. He also sees patients at our Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch offices inside Visionworks. A board-certified optometrist, Dr. Hays provides comprehensive eye exams, contact lens evaluations and fittings, and personalized vision care tailored to each patient’s needs.
Dr. Hays has a special interest in diagnosing and managing dry eye disease, a common concern for patients in Florida. He offers treatment options including punctal plugs and amniotic membrane therapy to help restore the health of the eye’s surface, relieve discomfort and make vision more comfortable.
Dr. Hays believes great eye care goes beyond the exam itself. He is committed to building meaningful relationships with his patients: taking the time to address their concerns, explaining their treatment options and creating a welcoming, comfortable visit.
Outside the office, Dr. Hays is passionate about giving back to the community.
