With more than 23 years in the optical industry, Stephen’s passion for eyewear runs in the family. Following in the footsteps of his father and brother, both opticians, he began his career at LensCrafters as an optical lab technician and worked his way up to lab management.

Today, Stephen oversees Beyond 2020 Vision Specialists’ private practice offices in Odessa and East Lake. He values the personal approach of private practice and the chance to build meaningful relationships with patients. His extensive technical background, combined with his dedication to exceptional service, allows him to guide patients through their eyewear experience from start to finish.

Above all, Stephen’s focus is making sure every patient feels comfortable, informed, and confident in their eyewear choices.

Outside the office, Stephen is passionate about health and fitness, especially road cycling and functional fitness. He also enjoys playing billiards and cooking.

Amanda began her career in eye care in 2012 as an optical sales associate, building her knowledge through hands-on experience in nearly every part of the office. After several years as a doctor’s scribe, she broadened her clinical experience in oculoplastics before returning to optometry as Clinical Training Director for eight private practice locations.

Since joining Beyond 2020 Vision Specialists in 2024, Amanda has brought her passion for problem-solving, staff development, and patient care to her role as Regional Operations Manager, overseeing our offices inside Visionworks. She finds joy in helping others, finding solutions, and supporting teams as they grow, and she is proud to be part of Beyond 2020 and the progress the company continues to make.

Outside of work, Amanda’s greatest joys are being a mother and a “Titi.” She and her husband, Mark, have been together for 17 years and share two children, Jayden and Bryson, along with their two beloved dogs, Gary and Layla.
