Starting December 4, 2026, drivers in Pinellas Park, Largo and St. Petersburg can come to our Park Boulevard office for a driver license vision test with the form completed before you leave.
Failed the vision test at the DMV, or renewing at 80 or older? We do a comprehensive eye exam and a visual field test, and the doctor completes your Florida vision form. It takes about 30 minutes. Your exam may be covered by insurance. Bring your form if you have one, or we can print it here.
