What to bring
- A photo ID and your vision and medical insurance cards
- Your current glasses, and your contact lenses or their boxes
- A list of your medications and eye drops
- Sunglasses, in case your eyes are dilated
Your exam
We check how clearly you see and the health of your eyes from front to back, then explain what we found in plain language. If your eyes are dilated, your vision may be blurry and light-sensitive for a few hours.
