Saturday Eye Exams in Tampa Bay, Sarasota & Venice

Taking time off work or pulling kids out of school for an eye exam isn’t always easy. That’s why every Beyond 2020 Vision Specialists office sees patients on Saturdays, from our private offices in Odessa and Palm Harbor to our offices inside Visionworks from Tampa to Venice.

Hours can change around holidays. Check the office’s Google listing or call before you come.

Tips for getting the Saturday time you want

  • Book ahead. Saturdays are our busiest day, and December fills fastest as people use their vision benefits before they reset. Use your benefits before December 31.
  • Bring the whole family. We can see parents and kids back to back, so everyone is done in one trip. Kids’ eye exams start at age 1 at our Odessa office.
  • Walk-ins are welcome at our offices inside Visionworks Monday through Saturday, though a booked time means less waiting. How walk-in eye exams work.
  • Need glasses the same day? At our Odessa office, most single-vision glasses are made while you wait. For same-day glasses on a Saturday, plan to finish your order by 3 PM. Same-day glasses.

What you can get done on a Saturday

What to bring

  • Your current glasses and contact lenses, or the boxes they came in
  • Your vision and medical insurance cards, and a photo ID
  • Your FSA or HSA card, if you have one

For sudden vision loss, a chemical splash or a serious eye injury, go to the nearest emergency room. For everything else, we’ll see you Saturday.
