MiSight® 1 Day Contact Lenses
Contact lenses that slow myopia.
MiSight® 1 Day lenses are FDA approved to slow the progression of myopia in children aged 8 to 12 at the start of treatment.
They're worn like regular daily contacts: a fresh pair each morning, thrown away each night.

Why treat myopia early?
Nearsightedness that starts in childhood usually gets worse as children grow, and higher myopia raises the risk of eye problems later in life. MiSight® 1 Day lenses are designed to slow that progression while giving clear vision during the day.
Safe and easy for kids
- Clinical studies show a strong safety profile
- 9 out of 10 children as young as 8 can put lenses in and take them out on their own within a month (as reported by parents)
- Fresh lenses every day, with no cleaning or storage
- Many kids feel more confident in contacts than in glasses
Is MiSight right for your child?
We'll measure your child's eyes and prescription and talk about their activities. If MiSight isn't the best fit, we'll discuss other options such as orthokeratology.
MiSight® 1 Day (omafilcon A) soft contact lenses for daily wear are indicated for the correction of myopic ametropia and for slowing the progression of myopia in children with non-diseased eyes who, at the initiation of treatment, are 8–12 years of age and have a refraction of −0.75 to −4.00 diopters (spherical equivalent) with ≤0.75 diopters of astigmatism. The lens is to be discarded after each removal.
“Dr. Tumolo and his staff are absolutely the best around! My son has been his patient for the last 7 years for Myopia control. Highly recommend!”Alexandra · Odessa, Google review
